Manufacturing and Shipping:
Every piece of Motley design is individually crafted and handmade to order.
Because of this, turnaround time on each order is about 1-3 weeks. However, if the piece is in stock, it will be shipped within 3-7 business days of the order being placed (unless otherwise noted). All orders will be shipping by Post.nl with a tracking number that will be emailed to the customer at the time of shipment.

While we have never encountered an issue with the post, we are not responsible for any mishandling of your package once it leaves our studio.
Refunds will not be issued if a package is marked as delivered or is still within the maximum allotted business day delivery window. We are not responsible for returned, damaged, lost, or stolen packages, nor are we responsible for incorrect addresses.
We ship to the address provided at checkout.
Returns:
Because Motley Design is a small business that is handcrafted in nature, all sales are final and returns/refunds/exchanges cannot be accepted. Take note of the size/scale of the piece before purchasing. If purchasing a ring, please confirm your ring size prior to ordering, keeping in mind that wider bands will fit slightly tighter than thinner ones. Jewelry Care:
Motley Design is perfect for every day wear and can be worn for virtually every occasion, it is important to keep in mind that it is still fine jewelry and should be treated with care and delicacy.
Jewelry (particularly jewelry with set stones) should not frequently get wet, so rings and necklaces should be removed prior to bathing or swimming.
To keep your Motley Design looking clean and polished, we recommend purchasing a polishing cloth such as a Sunshine Cloth and giving your piece a polish as needed. All Motley Design necklaces are made with fine chains, so please take their delicacy into consideration before wearing.
Payments:
All prices are in Euro’s and can be converted using the Currency Conversion tool in our shop. Payment can be made either with your PayPal account or with direct Bank Transfer. Make your payment directly into our bank account. Please use your Order ID as the payment reference. Your order will not be shipped until the funds have cleared in our account. PayPal is a safe and secure way of processing transactions online.
